International Status on Call-Back and Money Sending

 

 

Call-Back Status

Call-Back is allowed in many countries and not allowed in others. At this time, we are not restricting our members' use of Call-Back anywhere in the world. However, in time, we will begin restricting Call-Back for the purposes of making phone calls (as opposed to initiating money transactions) in countries that do not allow Call-Back. Examples are Philippines and Mexico. However, we will be applying for licenses for Wi-Fi / VOIP in these markets. For example we currently provide Wi-Fi / VOIP connectivity in the Philippines through a partner license while our own license is being completed. It is each member’s responsibility and decision to use Call-Back in their country. If Call-Back is restricted in your country in the future, you can always change to the Free-Membership plan.

It is important to note that the World Trade Organization and other global trade organizations have put pressure on many countries to comply with their promises of opening their communications sectors for competition, as is the case in Mexico. We will keep you up to date on developments on this page.

 

Money Remittance & Deposit to Bank Account (DD) Status

Money Remittance is when you SEND funds to another member.

Deposit to Bank Account is when you SEND funds to your own bank account.

Current status of SENDING funds to:

  TFI Paycard in USD: fully functional globally, order in your TFI Paycard in the Member Back Office

  USA in USD: DD fully functional, transactions run every banking business day

  Canada in CAD: DD fully functional, transactions run every banking business day

  Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Equador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Taiwan
